| Did you ever wondered why all the American fight choreographies are that stupid? Take a look to what the company that directed the ones for Matrix do: http://www.87eleven.com/ If you check out the showreels, you'll see that they seem like chinese fights choreographies from the 60s plus some rips of Jackie Chan and Tony Jaa... Which by the way, just found this one from Tony Jaa, stupid sometimes but very good for such a long take/stunt. Jackie Chan still stands out for making the fights with multiple rivals much more credible (so there is no people waiting for their turn). Anyway... going back to 87eleven... probably this was their first job :D |
